L’AND will seek to adopt a long term perspective of tourist development, in order to promote our shared creation of value (shared value) in a sustainable manner, not only in economic context but also any of the social, environmental and cultural areas implemented.

- Adoption of high levels of environmental qualification and recognisable standards, for example, Bream and IS0 14001 energy certificates as well as aiming for continuously higher levels of energy efficiency;
- Valuing the landscape and urban qualification as a key element in the design of our tourist complexes;
- Appreciation of architecture and design as key factors in qualifying and recovery of cultural identity in the region;
- The promotion of partnerships with local suppliers in order to stimulate the creation of shared economic values at a regional level;
- Promotion of regional cultural and artistic products (distributed by LANDMADE) in order to maximize our sustained cultural and economic value creation;
- Distribution of earnings (> 5%) towards sponsorship of social projects;
- Implementation of sustainable farm management practices;
